Job Opportunity: Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Location: Ware, MA (50 minutes NE of Springfield)
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: June 18, 2025
Schedule: Full to Part-time (3 days/week, potentially up to 32 hours)
Position Overview:
Are you passionate about supporting students with speech and language needs? We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Ware, MA. In this role, you will assist with onsite facilitation for a remote SLP, playing a vital part in enhancing the communication skills of our students.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the SLP to implement therapy plans.
- Provide direct support to students in individual or group settings.
- Assist in the preparation of materials and documentation.
- Monitor and document student progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Current Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license.
