We are seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our dedicated team serving elementary students near San Tan Valley, AZ. This is a full-time opportunity for the entire school year, offering competitive pay ranging from $30 to $38 per hour. Qualifications
- Current Arizona SLPA License.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology or relevant field.
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative educational team.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Support elementary students with various communication needs in classroom and small-group settings.
- Implement treatment plans and document progress according to school and district guidelines.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to integrate therapy goals into the school environment.
- Maintain accurate records and report on student progress to supervising SLPs and school teams.
