Qualifications Required:
- Must hold an active SLPA license in Washington State.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping children succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Implement therapy plans developed by the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Provide individual or group therapy sessions to support speech, language, and communication goals.
- Assist in developing materials and tracking student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes.
