Join our dynamic team as we seek Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) for multiple school-based positions near Berkeley, California. This is a full-time opportunity for the full school year, working with elementary students to provide meaningful, high-quality communication support.
Position Overview:
- Location: Near Berkeley, CA
- Caseload/Population: Elementary school students
- Assignment Period: Full school year
- Start Date: Immediate
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Certification: California SLPA/SLP licensure required

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and support to elementary-aged students, under the supervision of an SLP for SLPA roles
- Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students’ learning needs
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment, adapting strategies as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings to provide input and adjust therapy plans in line with student needs
Qualifications:
- California licensure as an SLPA or SLP required
- Bachelor’s degree (for SLPA) or Master’s degree (for SLP) in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to supporting elementary students in reaching communication milestones
