Soliant is currently seeking a motivated and skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Almaden Valley, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a school-based setting and help students develop their communication skills in a K-12 environment.
Job Details:
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Caseload: K-12 students
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: End of the school year, with potential for renewal
- On-site position
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in providing speech therapy services to students
- Implement therapy plans designed by the supervising SLP
- Assist with student evaluations and help track progress
- Provide support for students with speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, and language delays
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support student success
- Provide feedback to the SLP on student performance and needs
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Current California SLPA licensure
- Experience in a school or clinical setting is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for helping students achieve their speech and language goals
