Job Posting: School Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Location: Near Millsap, Texas
Position: Full-Time
We are excited to announce an opening for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our educational team near Millsap, Texas. In this role, you will support speech-language pathologists in delivering therapy services to students with communication disorders, helping them achieve their speech and language goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders or related field
- Texas SLPA licensure required
- Experience in a school setting is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Conduct small group and individual sessions
- Document student progress and provide feedback
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to enhance student learning
Details:
- Elementary and Middle school caseload
- ASAP-End of School Year
- Approximately 40 students on caseload
- 30 hours a week
