Position Details:
We are seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our school-based team in Morris, MN. This role offers the opportunity to provide impactful services to students with varying communication needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students under the supervision of an SLP (if SLPA).
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting (for SLPs).
Qualifications:
- For SLPs: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Minnesota licensure.
- For SLPAs: Completion of an accredited SLPA program and Minnesota certification/license.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Passion for working with children in a school setting.
