Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking passionate and qualified Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) for full-time positions near Lutcher, Louisiana. Join a team dedicated to enhancing the communication and learning experiences of students in a supportive school setting.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students' speech, language, and communication abilities (SLP).
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet students' needs.
- Provide therapy sessions in individual and group formats.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
- Maintain documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
Requirements:
- For SLPs: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active Louisiana license.
- For SLPAs: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistance and active Louisiana certification.
- Experience in schools or pediatrics is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
