Who do we work with?
- ProCare Therapy has partnered with many of the local charter and public-school districts throughout the region, and fostered long-lasting relationships to ensure our local partners have the staff they need to effectively support their special education programs.
- The majority of ProCare Therapy contractors are School Psychologists, Speech Language Pathologists, Special Education Teachers, Behavior Analysts, and Paraprofessionals/Teaching Aides.
How does it work?
- ProCare Therapy provides contracted staff to our partners (or local school districts) to fill vacancies within their special education programs.
- ProCare Therapy contractors would sign a contract for a specified period of time (most often 6 months), with a specific scope of work.
- Once the contract expires, an option will be provided to renew the contract or explore other opportunities.
- While on assignment, the contractor would be paid weekly, and provided full coverage health, vision, and dental insurance benefits. The contractor will also have guaranteed hours each week for the length of the assignment, and be provided Paid Time Off (PTO) for days off.
Who are we hiring right now?
ProCare is actively interviewing Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) with the following credentials and experience:
- 2+ Years of Experience as a Speech Therapist
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
- Active Licensure to Practice in the State
- Experience with Elementary (K-5th Grade) or High School (9th to 12th) Caseloads Preferred*
- Experience with 50+ Caseloads Preferred*
- Bilingual in Spanish Preferred*
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and a Team Player Mentality
- Reliable Transportation
- State Issued Driver’s License
Length of Assignment
- Start Date: February 17th, 2025
- End Date: May 23rd, 2025
- Contract Renewal Date: June 2nd 2025
Compensation:
- ProCare Therapy contractors are paid at an hourly rate for both direct and indirect services rendered. Weekly hours are guaranteed for the length of the assignment.
- Hourly rates start at $55/Hour (Higher rates can be negotiated depending on experience, education, languages spoken, and scope of work)
- 401K Retirement Plan (3% Matching)
- Contract Renewal Bonus: $500
- Employee Referral Bonus: $250
