Position Overview
Role: Remote Speech-Language Pathologist
Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Location: Michigan – Fully Virtual
Schedule: Full-time (35 hours per week) or Part-time
Student Caseload: Middle and High School (mild/moderate, including some speech-only case management)
Compensation: $35-45/hour

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate: Partner with students, families, and educational teams to deliver effective speech and language therapy tailored to middle and high school needs.
- Mentor: Support and guide staff and students, contributing to their professional development and ongoing training.
- Advise: Offer expert advice and refer complex cases to specialized colleagues when necessary.
- Educate: Empower students and their families with crucial knowledge about speech and language therapy to support their educational journey.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree (or higher) in Speech Pathology
- ASHA CCCs certification
- Valid Michigan SLP license
- Professional and general liability insurance
- Preferred experience in telehealth and/or school settings
