Position: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Eloy, AZ
Type: Full-time, Contracting through Soliant Education
Overview:
Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist ready to enrich students' lives through communication? Soliant Education is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join us as a School-Based SLP in Eloy, AZ. In this role, you'll assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, collaborating with educators and parents to foster student success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school professionals to enhance student communication skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Valid Arizona licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
- Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred, though recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
