Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to students across Indiana. This role involves a caseload of approximately 80 students, with 52 students requiring secondary speech services, and a focus on 30 elementary and middle school students needing evaluations. The position follows a 3:1 model—three weeks of therapy/services, followed by one week dedicated to assessments.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP licensure in Indiana
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with teletherapy platforms and school settings is ideal
Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations, particularly for elementary and middle school students
- Utilize the 3:1 model to balance therapy and assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in virtual IEP meetings
