Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/SLPA) - Pediatrics Opportunity w/ Benefits Near Lake Helen, FL
A local school district near Lake Helen, FL, is in search of a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to fill a full-time vacancy for the current school year. Job Duties:
- Provide direct speech therapy services for pre-K through eighth grade students with mild to moderate disabilities at two school sites near Lake Helen, FL
- Conduct evaluations to identify students' speech, language, communication and swallowing abilities
- Set goals for speech therapy and other interventions based on assessment results
- Update and adhere to students' Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Schedule:
- Full-time, four days per week
Qualifications to Apply:
- Active SLP or SLPA License in Florida
- School-based SLP experience is desired but not required
