Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/SLPA) – Near Franklin, IN
Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for an onsite position in a school district near Franklin, IN. This full-time role (35 hours per week) is for the 2024-2025 school year, though part-time candidates will also be considered. The position covers a K-12th grade caseload, with efforts made to assign preferred age groups when possible. Interviews will be scheduled promptly.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school-based setting
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress evaluations
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLP) or associate’s/bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLPA)
- Active Indiana state licensure as an SLP or SLPA
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population
