Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active New York SLP license or ability to obtain one prior to start
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs are encouraged to apply
- Experience working with young children, particularly in moderate/severe settings, is a plus

Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Johnson City, NY. This position serves children aged 3-5 years across six classrooms, primarily working with moderate to severe cases, many of whom utilize AAC devices. Approximately 50% of the caseload involves students with behavioral needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students
- Provide direct therapy services, focusing on AAC integration and functional communication
- Collaborate with teachers, behavioral staff, and parents to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations
