Job Opportunity: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Milford, DE – 2024/2025 School Year
Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a difference in students' lives? Soliant Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled SLP to join our school-based team in Milford, DE for the 2024/2025 academic year (ASAP – June 13, 2025). This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with competitive pay ranging from $40 to $55 per hour, based on experience.
Position Details:
- Role: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist
- Location: Milford, DE (possible commuting to multiple school locations to assist current SLPs with their caseloads)
- Caseload: Number of students TBD
- Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Duration: Immediate start through June 13, 2025
- Compensation: $40 - $55 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with current SLPs to provide speech and language services to students.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver engaging, effective therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to foster each student’s communication skills and academic success.
- Travel between school sites as needed to support caseloads across the Milford district.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Delaware SLP license (or eligibility to obtain one prior to start)
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting students with diverse speech and language needs
