Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full & Part-Time Opportunities
Soliant is seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school district near Worcester, MA. This position is available immediately and will continue through the end of the school year. Both full-time and part-time candidates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Massachusetts SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
