About Us:
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual school-based therapy in North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to make a difference in students' lives while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
Position Overview:
As a Virtual SLP, you will assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication disorders through an online platform. Your role is essential in supporting their educational development and ensuring effective communication strategies are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments to identify communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students.
- Deliver direct therapy services via teletherapy.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) required.
- Passed tech screen assessment.
- Liability insurance is required.
- Must be comfortable working on a 1099 contract basis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
