Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Virtual Services

Overview:
Soliant Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services to students in Indiana. This remote, school-based position offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on students' speech and language development while working from home.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual speech and language therapy services to K-12 students in a school setting.
- Conduct evaluations, diagnose speech and language disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes, assessments, and IEPs.
- Provide indirect services, including consultations with staff and parents, and attend virtual meetings as needed.
Requirements:
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required.
- Valid Indiana State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist..
- Must pass a tech screen to ensure readiness for virtual service delivery.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
Compensation & Benefits:
- 1099 independent contractor position.
