Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Virtual Position

Location: Virtual (Oregon residents preferred, but not required)
Employment Type: 1099 contract through Soliant Education
Pay Rate: $45-60 per hour, based on experience and district budgets
Hours: Guaranteed hours, weekly pay
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Oregon . This position offers the flexibility of remote work while providing essential speech therapy services to students across the state.
Role Overview: As a Virtual SLP, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders remotely. Your role will involve collaborating with students, parents, and educators to deliver personalized therapy and support student progress according to individual education plans (IEPs).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement customized therapy plans to improve communication skills.
- Facilitate engaging and effective therapy sessions through virtual platforms.
- Collaborate closely with school teams and families to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) and Oregon state licensure (or ability to obtain).
- Experience working with school-aged children, ideally in a virtual setting (not required)
- Proficiency in using virtual therapy platforms and passing a tech screen assessment.
- Liability insurance required upon start date.
