Location: Tarboro, NC
Position: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Start Date: ASAP
Caseload: To be determined, working with a K-12 range
We are actively looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our educational team in Tarboro, NC. This full-time role is ideal for an SLP with a passion for supporting students’ communication needs and collaborating within a school setting to help students succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver therapy sessions focusing on language, articulation, fluency, and other communication areas
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to create effective intervention strategies
- Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active North Carolina SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but CFY candidates will be considered
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
