Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Springfield, VT
Requirements: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Vermont Licensure
Pay Range: $35-$55 per hour, based on experience
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Springfield, VT. In this school-based role, you will be responsible for providing speech and language services to students, helping them overcome communication challenges and achieve their academic and social potential. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students' needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student evaluations.
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in individual and small group settings.
- Document and track student progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional input on student progress and goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student growth.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure in Vermont as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for helping students succeed.
