Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a school district in Webster, MA. This role involves providing essential speech and language services to students to enhance their communication skills and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
- Provide direct therapy services and track student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and evaluation of individualized education plans.
Qualifications:
- For SLP: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid Massachusetts license, and ASHA certification preferred.
- For SLPA: Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid Massachusetts license, and relevant certification preferred.
- Experience in a school setting is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
