Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) team to join our school-based team in Tyler, TX. This role involves both delivering direct therapy services and supporting the SLP in enhancing students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:

For SLP:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Provide direct therapy services to improve students' communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Document and track student progress, participating in IEP meetings as needed.

For SLPA:
- Assist the SLP in implementing individualized therapy plans and interventions.
- Conduct therapy sessions under the supervision of the SLP, focusing on targeted communication goals.
- Support the SLP in documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide feedback to the SLP on student performance and areas needing attention.
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to support the student's development.
Qualifications:

For SLP:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid SLP license in Texas.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

For SLPA:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Certification or license as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in Texas.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
