Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our school-based team in Houston, TX. The SLP/SLPA will work with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, helping them achieve their full potential in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:

SLP:
- Conduct evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student progress.
- Document and track student progress and update treatment goals as needed.

SLPA:
- Assist the SLP in delivering therapy services.
- Implement treatment plans under the SLP’s supervision.
- Support students in achieving their speech and language goals.
- Document sessions and report progress to the SLP.
Qualifications:
- SLP:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid SLP license in Texas.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- SLPA:
- Associate’s degree in a related field.
- Valid SLPA license in Texas.
