Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in South Plainfield, NJ for the remainder of the school year. This position is ideal for professionals looking for either full-time or part-time hours. As an SLP with Soliant, you will provide exceptional speech therapy services to students, helping them improve communication skills and achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and therapy for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students' needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure the success of students
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes
- Provide support for students with varying speech-language needs
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (NJ)
- ASHA certification preferred
- Experience working in schools or pediatric settings is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
