Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our team. Whether you are a seasoned professional, a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate, or a strong SLPA, we welcome your expertise and passion for making a difference.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to clients with a range of speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Engage in ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
- Valid state license or eligibility for licensure in Alabama
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLPs
- Completion of an accredited SLPA program for SLPAs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based care
