Full-Time SLP/SLPA Needed in Asheboro, NC
Location: Asheboro, NC
Job Type: Full-Time, School-Based Contract
Pay Range: $45 - $55 per hour (SLP), $25 - $30 per hour (SLPA) (based on experience)
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a school-based team in Asheboro, NC. This full-time opportunity provides a chance to make a difference in the lives of students while working in a supportive school environment.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Caseload: K-12 students (specific details discussed during interview)
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: End of the school year (with potential for extension)
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments (SLP) and therapy services to students (SLP and SLPA).
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (SLP).
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to ensure student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress.
- Assist in managing therapy services for students (SLPA).
Qualifications:
- SLP: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Active NC SLP licensure, ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- SLPA: Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences or related field, NC SLPA licensure
- Experience in a school setting is a plus for both roles
