Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- State licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with students, families, and school staff.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement IEPs for students with speech and language needs.
- Provide therapy to improve communication, language, and social skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student success.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain documentation of student progress.
