Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - School Based

Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a full-time SLP to join our team. In this role, you'll work directly with students to help them improve their speech and language skills, supporting their academic progress and social development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services to students with speech and language disorders in a school setting.
- Work with educators and other staff to create and implement individualized therapy plans based on each student’s needs.
- Help students improve skills in areas such as articulation, fluency, and language comprehension.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with students, staff, and families.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing strategies to meet students’ communication goals.
Qualifications:
- Certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and staff.
- Knowledge of speech therapy techniques, ethical guidelines, and current best practices.
