Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a fulfilling role in Princeton, MN? We have a full-time position available for the 2024-2025 school year at the Princeton Early Childhood Center. This role involves providing essential speech and language services to young students in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Princeton Early Childhood Center, Princeton, MN
Hours: 40 hours per week
Days: 5 days per week
Start Date: August 26, 2024
End Date: May 31, 2025
Caseload: Approximately 20 students
Age Range: 3-5 years old
School Sites: 1 site
Role Overview:
- Position: Full-time role with responsibilities at a single site.
- Caseload: Manage a caseload of approximately 20 young children, focusing on individualized therapy.
- Focus: Deliver personalized therapy to enhance speech and language skills for early childhood students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Therapy Services: Conduct evaluations and provide small group and individual therapy sessions.
- IEP Meetings: Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on developing and implementing individualized plans.
- Assessment & Planning: Perform thorough assessments and create tailored therapy plans.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, evaluations, and student progress.
Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Licensure: Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist License.
- Experience: Previous experience with early childhood education is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with young children.
