Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Qualification & Requirements:Eligibility for this Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position requires that you have a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, and a state issued Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license - Experience working within a school setting as well as an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred but not required.

Job Description:
- Evaluate and provide speech and language services to K-12 students.
- Create individualized therapy plans based on IEPs and student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and families to integrate therapy strategies into daily routines.
- Support students with severe communication challenges, including AAC devices.
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines.
Additional Details & Requirements:
- Full-time, on-site position.
- Delaware Speech Language Pathologist license required.
- Strong school-based experience preferred.
