Location: Victorville, CA
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Your Impact:
- Role: Full-time position in an engaging and dynamic school setting.
- Setting: Onsite, providing crucial speech therapy services and IEP support.
- Focus: Assisting students from elementary through secondary levels (K-12) in achieving their communication goals.
- Hours: Standard school day hours, providing a balanced work-life schedule.
What You'll Do:
- Perform thorough speech and language assessments.
- Create and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support each student’s progress.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Deliver engaging one-on-one or small group therapy sessions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in California.
- Experience in school settings preferred, but CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) candidates are welcome.
- Ability to connect effectively with diverse student populations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to advancing students' speech and language development.
