Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity in Tinley Park, IL – Start Mid October
Location: Tinley Park, IL
Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week) or Part-time
Start Date: Mid October
End Date: June 7, 2025
Caseload: 40 students (20 students per school)
School Sites: 2 elementary schools
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Tinley Park, IL, for the 2024-2025 school year. This role offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options available. The SLP will provide services across two elementary schools, with a balanced caseload of 40 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders
- Serve as case manager for 20 of the 40 students
- Work with a combination of speech-only students and those with speech as a secondary disability
- Provide services to 1 ASD classroom and 1 developmental class
- Utilize the EdPlan IEP system and complete Medicaid billing
- Work in a district with 105-110 SLPs, offering significant support
- No caseload cap – workload model is used for flexibility
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois SLP license
- ASHA CCC certification preferred
- New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome – full support provided
