ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a clinic-based and school-based position in Syosset, NY. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with students in both clinical and school settings, providing essential speech therapy services to help them develop strong communication skills.
Position Details:
- Full-time schedule
- Combination of clinic and school-based services
- Caseload details to be discussed during the interview
- Collaborative environment with educators, therapists, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct therapy sessions in both clinical and school settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff
- Document progress and ensure compliance with therapy goals and IEPs
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active New York SLP license
- ASHA CCCs preferred (Clinical Fellows considered)
- Previous experience in school or clinical settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
