About the Role:
ProCare Therapy is excited to offer a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) position in Stuart, FL. This role is ideal for an experienced SLP eager to make a meaningful impact across a diverse student population, including Pre-K through high school, in a supportive school environment.
Your Impact:
Role: Full-time position focusing on a varied caseload, including Pre-K, elementary, and high school students.
Setting: Onsite, providing crucial speech therapy services across different age groups.
Focus: Addressing a wide range of speech and language needs for students at multiple educational levels.
Caseload: Manage therapy for students from Pre-K to high school; no SLPA support provided, SLPs only.
What You'll Do:
Therapy Services: Deliver individualized therapy sessions tailored to students of different ages and needs.
Manage Caseload: Offer dedicated support to students with diverse speech and language challenges across multiple grade levels.
Collaborate: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure effective communication and support.
Monitor Progress: Track and adjust therapy plans based on student progress.
Engage: Conduct effective one-on-one or small group therapy sessions.
A Day in the Life:
Your day will involve providing personalized therapy sessions across different grade levels, from Pre-K to high school. You’ll collaborate with teachers and parents to address each student's unique needs and progress. No SLPA support is available, so you’ll be leading therapy sessions independently.
What We’re Looking For:
Licensure: Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) license in Florida.
Experience: Experience with a range of student ages is preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome.
Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
