Location: Stockton, CA
Start Date: October 14, 2024
End Date: May 31, 2025
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Caseload: Moderate/Severe Program, Mostly Consult Services with Some Direct Therapy
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dedicated team in Stockton, CA. This position is ideal for a professional who is experienced in working with moderate to severe student populations and has a strong understanding of AAC systems. The role primarily involves providing consultative services, with some direct therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy for students with moderate to severe needs
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and offer consult services
- Work collaboratively with staff to support the use of AAC systems
- Provide direct therapy services as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain detailed documentation
Qualifications:
- Active California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Experience working with moderate/severe programs
- Strong understanding of AAC systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
