Location: Spanaway, WA
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Your Impact:
- Role: Full-time position in a nurturing and collaborative school environment.
- Setting: Onsite, delivering essential speech therapy services at two schools.
- Focus: Assisting K-12 students with their speech and language needs.
- Caseload Size: Manage a caseload of around 26 students.
What You'll Do:
- Therapy Services: Deliver therapy sessions with a focus on meeting the unique needs of each student.
- Manage Caseload: Provide individualized attention to approximately 26 students across two sites.
- Collaborate: Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to provide comprehensive support.
- Monitor Progress: Document and adjust therapy plans based on student progress.
- Engage: Conduct effective one-on-one or small group therapy sessions.
A Day in the Life:
Start your day with a warm welcome from your colleagues and students. Mornings might include delivering tailored therapy sessions to K-12 students at one site. During lunch, collaborate with teachers and parents to discuss strategies and progress. Continue with therapy sessions and planning in the afternoon at the second site. Conclude each day knowing you've made a significant impact.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensure: Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Washington.
- Experience: Experience in school settings preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome.
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to engage with diverse student populations.
- Commitment: Dedication to enhancing students' speech and language skills.
