Caseload: Maximum of 40 students, K-12
Location: Onsite
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the Central Kitsap School District in Silverdale, WA. This position involves working with a diverse K-12 caseload, helping students improve their communication skills. You will be working in a supportive environment with a collaborative team focused on student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services
- Collaborate with educators and families to track student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings to establish and monitor student goals
- Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes
Qualifications:
- Active Washington State SLP license
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
