Location: Rockford, IL
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Caseload: K-12 students
ProCare Therapy is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Rockford, IL. This is a full-time role, and you’ll be working with K-12 students to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language challenges. Job Duties:
- Conduct speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain detailed documentation
Requirements:
- Valid Illinois SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- School-based experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Passion for working with students and helping them succeed
