Job Description:
Soliant is actively seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with a supportive school district in Prescott, AZ. This is a full-time position where the SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication disorders. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students develop effective communication skills and thrive in the educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ educational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, therapy sessions, and treatment plans.
- Participate in IEP meetings to develop and review student goals.
- Supervise and provide guidance to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), if applicable.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Arizona state SLP licensure.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
