Caseload: Maximum of 42 students, across two elementary schools
Location: Onsite
ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the North Kitsap School District in Poulsbo, WA. This role involves working with a caseload of up to 42 students across two elementary schools. You’ll be providing critical speech therapy services to support student communication needs and help them achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and therapy sessions
Qualifications:
- Active Washington State SLP license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required
