Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) School-Based Position

Job Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in Tacoma, WA. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with educators and other professionals to support students' communication and language development needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' academic and social success
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of evaluations, progress, and services provided
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for developing goals and accommodations
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Washington state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs considered)
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
