Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Greenville, AL. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team, supporting students with speech and language challenges in a supportive school environment.
Position Details:
- Location: Greenville, AL
- Job Type: Full-time, School-Based
- Start Date: Immediate or upcoming school year
- Caseload: Elementary to middle school students (specific caseload details will be discussed during the interview)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students’ needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and goals for students
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students’ progress
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans
- Educate students on strategies to improve communication skills
- Assist in the development of speech-related interventions for classroom integration
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- AL state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
