Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Position in Chico, CA
Location: Chico, CA
Job Type: Full-Time, Contract
Hourly Pay Rate: $55 - $65 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Chico, CA. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
- Provide speech therapy to individuals and groups in both in-person and remote formats.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement IEPs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress.
- Provide counseling and guidance to students, parents, and staff on speech-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- California SLP License (or in process)
- Experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
