Position Overview:
We are excited to announce an opening for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Brillion, WI! In this school-based position, you will be providing essential speech and language therapy services to students of all ages. Responsibilities:

  • Perform speech and language evaluations to assess students’ needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on the results of evaluations and student goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders.
  • Work closely with teachers, special education teams, and parents to create and implement effective support strategies for students.
  • Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings to contribute to student goals and progress tracking.
  • Document and monitor student progress, adjusting therapy as needed to ensure success.
  • Provide educational support to parents and caregivers to help reinforce therapy goals at home.
  • Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions, assessments, and communications with families.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest speech and language pathology research and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Wisconsin state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility for licensure).
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in a school or pediatric setting is beneficial but not required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a caseload effectively.
  • Passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives.
