Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time Opportunity in Porterville, CA
Location: Porterville, CA
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: $48-54/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Caseload: Elementary and middle school students
ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time role in Porterville, CA. This position involves working with a diverse caseload of elementary and middle school students, providing essential speech and language therapy services to support their academic and social development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students with communication challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress
- Complete Medicaid billing as required
Qualifications:
- California SLP license and ASHA CCCs
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
