Soliant is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a welcoming school district in Dayton, TX. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication skills and overall success.
Position Details:
- Location: Dayton, TX
- Job Type: Full-time, School-Based
- Start Date: Immediate or upcoming school year
- Caseload: K-12 students, with specifics discussed during the interview
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans to address student needs
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote student progress
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing expert insights
- Document therapy sessions, student goals, and progress
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in a school setting is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
