Caseload: Elementary students across two school sites
ProCare Therapy is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Oak Forest, IL. This role involves working across two elementary school buildings, providing speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 40 students. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a collaborative environment and handle a diverse range of speech challenges.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assess and treat speech and language disorders
- Serve as the case manager for 20 students, overseeing their therapy and progress
- Collaborate with special education teams, classroom teachers, and families
- Support students in both general education and specialized classrooms (ASD and developmental)
- Handle Medicaid billing and utilize the EdPlan IEP system
