Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Newark, DE. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders, helping them achieve academic and communication success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Delaware SLP license.
- ASHA CCC preferred.
- Experience in a school setting is a plus.
